Simply scroll down this page to the prescription refill request form to request your refill and your prescription will be ready for you within two business hours at the location you choose. So there’s no waiting on the phone or in the store. And as always, when you pick up your prescription, our staff is there to answer your questions.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR)

When you call Carle RxExpress at (217) 326-1603, (out of the area, you can call toll-free at 866-502-1084) you will be prompted through our telephone request system. Your prescription will be ready and waiting for you within two business hours at your choice of any of our ten convenient locations.
